Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codeezly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

2. Description of Service

Codeezly is an AI-powered application builder that enables users to create web applications through natural language prompts, optional voice input, and visual editing. The service includes code generation, project management, deployment tools, and collaboration features. Voice input depends on browser and device capabilities and may use browser speech recognition or a secure transcription fallback, so it may not be available in every environment.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Codeezly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all code, content, and applications you create using Codeezly. The Codeezly platform, including its AI models, interface, documentation, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Codeezly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Codeezly to create applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform. Automated scraping, unauthorized API access, and abuse of AI generation features are prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by Codeezly's AI features are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated output may contain errors or require modification. This includes transcript text produced through optional voice input. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code, prompts, and transcript text before relying on or deploying it to production environments.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to Codeezly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any disruption or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Codeezly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your project data before account deletion.
